Mr. Tan Keng Hean is our Group Financial Controller and joined our Group in January 2023, and is responsible for our Group's finance, accounting and taxation matters. His career includes roles as assistant financial controller at PBT Engineering Pte Ltd from 2013 to 2014 and later as a senior financial controller from 2016 to 2022. He also served as group financial controller of MS Holdings Limited from 2014 to 2015. Prior to joining MS Holdings Limited, he held various audit and finance-related positions in HTL International Holdings Limited and Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Tan Keng Hean graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Malaya, Malaysia in 2004. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom, a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Malaysia, a member of the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountants, a Professional Business Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, a member and Business and Finance Professional of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and an accredited director by the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Mr. Kevin Lim is our Head of Strategy. He joined our Group in July 2019 as an associate manager, overseeing marketing, information technology, export sales and retail sales. Prior to joining our Group, Mr. Kevin Lim was an enterprise resource planning consultant with SABRE Information Services Pte. Ltd., an enterprise resource planning technology firm, from March 2018 to June 2019. From April 2017 to November 2017, he was a senior marketing executive at the Swatch Group where he was engaged in the marketing of luxury watches. From January 2014 to March 2017, Mr. Kevin Lim was senior brand executive at Crystal Time Pte. Ltd. where he was responsible for the marketing of watches. Mr. Kevin Lim obtained a Diploma in Business Studies from NgeeAnn Polytechnic in 2009 and graduated from the University of Queensland in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Management with a Major in Marketing.

There is no arrangement or understanding with a Substantial Shareholder, customer or supplier of our Company or other person, pursuant to which any of our Directors or Executive Officers was selected as a Director or Executive Officer of our Company.

Save as disclosed in the sections entitled "Dilution", "Shareholders" and "Directors, Executive Officers and Staff- Remuneration of Directors, Executive Officers and Related Employees Related Employees" of this Offer Document, none of our Directors or Executive Officers has any family relationships with one another, or with our Substantial Shareholders.
